Half term dates

We have different half term dates for different venues due to different school term dates and hall availability.

Dates off are as follows:

No classes on the follwing dates Saturday February 14th – Swannington, Monday February 16th – Melbourne and Croydon Tuesday February 17th – Hilton and Park Walk Chelsea Wednesday February 18th – Melbourne, Congerstone, Wolstan Prep and Donisthorpe Thursday February 19th – Hilton and Chelsea Friday February 20th – Manor House School, Ashby de la Zouch Saturday February 21st- Croydon and Ealing Sunday February 22nd – Kentish Town

Classes resume on:

Saturday February 21st – Swannington Monday February 23rd – everywhere else

Expressive Arts Workshops 2009


EASTER 2009

The Creative Expressive Arts Workshop will include Singing; fun vocal warm ups, such as tongue twisters and pulling faces exercises and learning to sing popular children’s songs. Acting; comprised of drama workshop games, poems and small performance pieces and Dancing, working on making-up routines. There will be a showing of the children’s work on the last day.

The Creative Expressive Arts Workshop will run from Monday to Thursday 10am-4pm with an option for extra supervision from 8.30am-10am and 4pm-5.30pm. There is an option to come on a daily rather than weekly basis but as we will finish with a show the more you come the more you can do in the show!

Children are accepted from 5-18years and will work in groups appropriate to their age. We will be singing, dancing and acting. We will make costumes and masks. The emphasis is on the fun – there will be no technical dance or grade work.

There is an option to come on a daily rather than weekly basis but as we will finish with a show on the Friday afternoon the more you come the more you can do in the show!

CHILDRENS FAIRY WORKSHOPS

CHILDRENS FAIRY WORKSHOPS

The Fairy Workshop will involve the children’s very own fairy telling them stories, picture making, fairy games, activities and lots of fairy dust! The Fairy Workshops are for 3-9year olds and we will be making fairy accessories (wings, crowns ect.) Making up dances and listening to stories told by a real-live fairy! These are on Saturdays 10am-2pm.

Children should bring a packed lunch and will be supervised by us throughout breaks

Extra supervision is offered on weekdays before and after the workshop
(8.30-10am and 4-6pm) at £5 per hour per child, please call us to discuss your requirements for extra supervision.

To help us with our administration, if possible, please book at least one month before the desired workshop. Early Bird discount – for bookings made two months before workshop 5% discount is offered
